As a Host Person, you will be instrumental in the restaurant team's success, offering exceptional guest service with a warm and inviting first impression. We prioritize friendly, courteous, and professional interactions to ensure our guests depart with unforgettable experiences.
Essential Job Functions:
- Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
- Extend a warm greeting to guests upon arrival and express gratitude for their patronage upon departure
- Continuously replenish beverages and condiments, paying special attention to coffee and tea, while regularly checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Receive, record, and coordinate reservations and special events at the restaurant
- Aid with rolling silverware, replenishing condiments, and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations
Physical Demands:
- Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs
- Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 1-year Host Person experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
- Hotel experience preferred
- Food Handlers Certification required
