What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Production Packaging position at The Grove?
We are looking for a well-rounded individual to join The Grove as an Production Packaging team member. A successful Production Packaging member must have experience working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines, hustle to complete the task, willingness to learn new tasks and multitasking. While previous packaging experiences is preferred, we are looking for hardworking individuals who are willing and able to learn the multiple tasks the Production Packaging team members complete.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Packaging cannabis infused edibles and vaporizer cartridges
· Filling vaporizer cartridges with cannabis oil
· Pull orders from the vault in a timely manner for the Production sales team
· Assisting with inventory control for packaging materials
· Update the Production team's workflow using various software programs, including Metrc
· Must perform other duties assigned by supervisor/manager critical to the success of The Grove
Job Requirements:
· Experience working in a fast-paced working environment while successfully meeting deadlines set by supervisor/manager
· Outstanding communication skills are a must
· Previous packaging experience preferred
· Key characteristic traits: integrity, ambition, initiative, hustle
· Organizational skills and ability to effectively multitask efficiently
· Must pass a criminal background check
· At least 21 years old
· Must have reliable transportation
