What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Supervisor position at The Grove?
The RN Charge Nurse is responsible for the coordination of staff and ensuring that our patients receive quality care at all times. The RN Charge Nurse will also be tasked with making decisions regarding patient care and evaluating staff performance to ensure efficient operations. A successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff while working in a fast-paced environment, and must have leadership experience to ensure smooth daily operations of a busy medical facility.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain attention to detail.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Provide medical management and administration support to the operations of a hospital.
- Provide leadership to the nursing staff in the area of care management and quality assurance.
- Teach, train, coach, and develop staff in order to maintain quality patient care standards.
- Manage, direct, plan, and coordinate all aspects of clinical services with the cooperation of other departments.
- Use good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a nursing unit.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
