Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support the administrative team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Business Operations: Optimize office processes, develop policies, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and maintain cost-effective office operations.
- Event Planning & Marketing: Organize professional events, strengthen community outreach, and support branding initiatives.
- Time & Resource Management: Oversee employee time-tracking, supply purchases, and inventory control.
- Compliance & Policies: Maintain employee manuals and ensure adherence to practice policies and industry regulations.
