Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled professional to fill this role. As an LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse or RN/Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living
- Encouraging residents to socialize and engage with each other to maintain their mental health
- Creating a safe environment where residents can thrive
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This includes collecting and tracking patient history, taking vitals, and reporting updates to registered nurses or overseeing physicians.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current license as an LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse or RN/Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
- Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
