Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team at Rosewood Rehab & Healthcare center. Our skilled nursing community is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs.
- Encourage socialization and engagement among residents to promote mental well-being.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for residents to thrive.
- Collect and maintain accurate patient history, track new data, and report updates to registered nurses or overseeing physicians.
- Take vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and other essential metrics.
Requirements:
- CURRENT LICENSE AS A LPN OR RN IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI.
- VACCINATION AGAINST COVID-19 OR WILLINGNESS TO GET IT.
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT.
