Job Description
This is a full-time, salary-exempt position overseeing all aspects of the Health and Wellness Department in both Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensuring exceptional care and services are provided in alignment with individualized service plans and applicable state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team that includes a Resident Care Coordinator, Memory Care Coordinator, Medication Assistants, and Caregivers.
- Ensure accurate documentation, assessments, and charting practices for compliance.
- Oversee staffing levels, delegating scheduling duties while holding overall responsibility for ensuring adequate coverage is maintained 24/7.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and care providers to support overall wellness.
Requirements
An active RN or LPN license in good standing with the State of Arizona. An active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, TB clearance, and current CPR & First Aid certification. A valid Food Handler Permit (or willingness to obtain upon hire). At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role is preferred.
