Health & Wellness Director

This is a full-time position overseeing the Health & Wellness Department in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of care professionals to provide exceptional services aligned with individualized service plans and state regulations.
- Oversight of documentation, assessments, and charting practices for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaboration with residents, families, and care providers to support overall wellness.
- Partnership with department heads to ensure strong communication and a resident-centered approach to care.
Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing with the State of Arizona.
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, TB clearance, and current CPR & First Aid certification.
- Valid Food Handler Permit (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role preferred.
