Are you passionate about creating joy and making a positive impact in the lives of seniors? The Groves Senior living, An Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Goodyear, Arizona, is looking for a Weekend Memory Care Activity Assistant to join our dedicated Life Enrichment team!
As a Weekend Activity Assistant, you will play a key role in fostering joy and engagement among our residents. You will be expected to:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and leading recreational and social activities for residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care.
- Encourage participation and provide support to residents, tailoring activities to their abilities and interest.
- Set up, clean up, and maintain activity spaces.
- Work closely with the Life Enrichment Director and team to ensure meaningful, enriching experiences.
- Foster relationships with residents, promoting a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
