Job Summary: PART TIME
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Accounts Payable
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and scanning documents
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets and verifying accuracy
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary
Skills:
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
