Guardian Life is seeking a skilled and experienced Collibra Developer /Administrator to join our team. As a Collibra Developer, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining Data Governance and Data Lineage solutions using Collibra or similar data governance tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data governance practices, data quality, and metadata management. You Will: Develop and implement Data Governance and Data Lineage solutions using Collibra or similar data governance tools. Collaborate with business partners to understand data governance requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and configure data governance workflows, data quality rules, and metadata models within the Collibra platform. Ensure data governance practices align with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies. Implement data governance processes and controls to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and security. Perform data analysis to identify data governance issues and propose resolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data stewards, data owners, and IT teams, to establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures. Conduct data quality assessments and define data quality metrics and key performance indicators. Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on data governance best practices and Collibra functionality. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Collibra-related issues, ensuring timely resolution. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data governance practices and Collibra features. You Have: Hands-on experience in application support of Collibra platform for data catalog, preferably in Application Admin. Roles 5 years of Collibra experience along with Data Governance. Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Collibra Data Quality, including data quality rules, scorecards, and workflows. In-depth knowledge of data reliability, quality and observability concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Demonstrable experience as a Data Reliability & Governance Engineer, with prior expertise in data reliability tools like Monte Carlo, Big Eye preferred Proficiency in data profiling tools and data reliability/ quality assessment techniques. Experience in configuration and connection to various data sources like AWS Datalake, Oracle, DB2, Databricks etc Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Reporting tools: Tableau or Qlikview Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality/reliability tools and techniques Collaborate with end users and stakeholder to identify and resolve data reliability/quality issues and implement appropriate controls. Hands-on experience in data reliability projects along with detail understanding of data reliability processes is essential. Provide expertise in data catalog, data observability and data quality tools/technologies to support business teams in ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with business and partner teams to establish data governance framework, data catalog, and lineage, to ensure privacy compliance. Work closely with data engineers and data architects to implement data quality solutions within data pipelines and data warehouses. Participate in data reliability and quality improvement projects, helping to identify root causes proactively and implementing corrective actions Location & Travel: 2 Days a week at our Guardian Office in Bethlehem, Pa or Holmdel, NJ and 3 days remote Salary Range $89,470.00 - $146,980.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
