The Guidance Center (TGC) serves as the Community Mental Health Center for Leavenworth, Atchison, and Jefferson Counties in Kansas, dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals regardless of their financial circumstances. Salary and Benefit Overview:
- This position offers a competitive annual salary of $101,970 to $106,970 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes and upholds a robust Quality Assurance & Improvement program across the organization.
- Develops and manages risk management activities, ensuring compliance with certifications and accreditation standards.
- Collaborates with the organization's HIPAA compliance officer.
- Reviews, updates, creates, and implements policies and procedures.
- Oversees the adherence to policies, procedures, and directives to maintain accreditation standards.
- Maintains expertise in behavioral health services and service delivery.
- Serves as Corporate Compliance Officer, conducting audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Leads the development of value-based care initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and financial sustainability.
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:
- Master's Degree:
- The candidate must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or Professional Counseling.
- Kansas Licensure:
- In addition to the Master's degree, candidates must be licensed by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board as an LSCSW, LCP, or LCPC.
Alternative Consideration:
- Registered Nurse (RN):
- Licensure as an RN by the Kansas Board of Nursing is also acceptable.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Minimum of two years of experience in Federal/State grant management, Project Management, or Operations of Patient-Centered Care.
Preferred: Previous experience with a CCBHC and familiarity with SAMHSA standards.
