Responsibilities and Qualifications
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the adult behavioral health program.
- Supervising staff and providing clinical guidance.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve program outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Master's Degree in mental health, with relevant experience in adult treatment settings.
- Meet the criteria for Qualified Mental Health Professional within 120 days of hire.
- At least one year of experience supervising mental health programs, with expertise in treating adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
- A Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor credential or ability to obtain approval for a professional development plan through MCBAP within 30 days of hire.
- Certification and licensure with the State of Michigan.
You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
