Behavioral Health Youth Case Manager
We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Youth Case Manager to join our interdisciplinary team at The Guidance Center (TGC) in Oskaloosa, Kansas.
TGC is a certified Community Mental Health Center and Behavioral Health Clinic serving Leavenworth, Atchison, and Jefferson counties in Kansas.

Responsibilities
- Help clients identify their strengths, needs, and goals for community living.
- Engage and maintain relationships with clients and their caregivers.
- Assist clients and caregivers in accessing relevant resources.
- Provide transportation for clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services.
- Relevant work experience in the human services field or a combination of experience and education.
- A minimum of one year working with individuals in the community.
- A valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance.
