The Clinical Consultant Ph.D. Psychologist is responsible for individual and group clinical consultation with staff and student interns. Additional duties may include participation in crisis response, DEI initiatives and agency workgroups. Regular work hours are expected to be Monday through Friday 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Actual hours may be adjusted due to the needs of the consumer and the program. - Provide individual and group clinical consultation with staff.
- Participate in the clinical supervision and oversight of student interns, including various college and university best practice standards.
- Provide clinical chart reviews and oversight through use of the Electronic Health Record (PCE).
- Maintain written records necessary for clinical supervision as defined in the policy and procedural manual.
- Assist with crisis and trauma debriefing as related to staff involved in agency and / or community events.
- Participate in agency Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Lead and / or participate with workgroups / trainings on various clinical projects.
- Review and interpret the results of psychological evaluations with interns and staff.
- Complete 25 hours of program or position specific training on an annual basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
