As an outpatient therapist with TGC, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $83,758 to $88,758 per year, based on your licensure and experience. Additionally, we offer:

Job Description
We are seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide high-quality care to our clients. As an outpatient therapist, your primary duties will include:
- Conducting intake assessments and creating initial treatment plans.
- Providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions.
- Offering daytime crisis services when needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Social Work and licensure as a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) in the state of Kansas by the time of hire.
- At least two years of experience in providing clinical services, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy.
- Preferred: one year of experience working within the Kansas system of community-based mental health care and associated evidence-based practices.
