We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our team of talented professionals.
The Office Manager will oversee the operational and administrative functioning of all support staff at TGC with the exception of Center for Excellence, IT and MI-AIMH Support Staff. This includes oversite of support staff operations including, but not limited to, customer service (phone answering), appointment scheduling and management, collection and reconciling, coordinating with supervisors the needs for additional or alternate support staff staffing including ensuring appropriate coverage at all programs / sites.
Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM; however, specific tasks and / or processes will require evening and weekend hours. Some travel may also be required.

Requirements
This position requires :
- Some college desired. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five or more years of experience dealing with the public in a professional setting (business, human service organization, etc.).
- Two years supervisory experience required, preferably in the behavioral health or medical field.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and handle crisis situations appropriately.
- Must be proficient with MS Office.
- Must have excellent customer service skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- A current valid driver's license with no negative history is required.
