We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Aide to join our team of talented professionals.
As the Site Aide, you will be responsible for:
1. Assist the Teacher and Assistant Teacher in classroom management, implementation of daily routine, and general care for and supervision of children.
2. Supervise children to maintain staff ratios during child bathroom trips, naptime, and other.
3. Maintain confidentiality of children and families.
4. Complete necessary paperwork and reports.
5. Attend meetings and training as required.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, their parents/caregivers, and staff.
Preferred qualifications include:
- A minimum of 1 year work experience with infants and toddlers or children between the ages of 3 and 5.
- Experience working/volunteering in a preschool early education and care setting.
- Skills in implementing the HighScope curriculum.
- Experience working with children with disabilities and/or special needs.
