- Helping clients identify their strengths, needs, and goals
- Engaging and maintaining client and caregiver relationships
- Assisting clients in accessing resources
- Providing transportation as needed

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services
- Relevant work experience in human services or a combination of experience and education

- A valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance
