We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Site Aide at our facility. As a Site Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our teaching staff and ensuring the daily needs of our children are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborating with the Teacher and Assistant Teacher to maintain a safe and engaging learning environment
2. Supervising children during activities such as bathroom trips, naptime, and snack time
3. Maintaining confidentiality of children and families, adhering to our strict guidelines
4. Completing necessary paperwork and reports in a timely manner
5. Attending meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Effective communication skills, enabling you to interact seamlessly with children, parents/caregivers, and staff
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of one year's experience working with infants, toddlers, or children aged 3-5 would be advantageous. Additionally, experience in a preschool setting or familiarity with the HighScope curriculum would be beneficial.
