Admin, Tax Clerk

The Admin, Tax Clerk will work with internal teams to resolve tax-related issues, maintaining, analyzing, auditing, and exercising control over tax records for sales/use tax.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Maintain, analyze, audit, and exercise control over tax records for sales/use tax
  
• Create reports for management showing compliance of sales tax processes by store
  
• Work with store personnel to resolve issues pertaining to exempt sales transactions
  
• Offer phone and email assistance to store personnel
  
• Work with Call Center personnel, AR department to resolve issues pertaining to exempt sales transactions, sales tax refund claims, etc.
  
• Assist with store personnel training regarding sales tax exemptions
  
• Additional duties as assigned
  

To join our band, you’ll need the following experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• 2 years of relevant work experience
  
• 1 year of retail store experience (in-store or at a corporate office) is a plus
  
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay Rate: $18.50- $23.00 /hr depending on background and experience.
