Work Schedule : Hybrid
Annual Starting Salary : $75,000-$80,000

Job Summary
The Senior Human Resources Generalist (internal title is HR Specialist) reports to the Senior Human Resource Business Partner on-site and provides support for two facilities with at total of @ 130 employees in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, benefits , organization development, training , safety, FMLA. The Human Resource Generalist acts as an advisor / coach in all aspects of the employment life cycle.
- Partners with HRBP and facility leadership in execution of HR programs and initiatives.
- Oversees multi-site full-cycle recruitment-to-hire process.
- Oversee progressive disciplinary actions in accordance with established guidelines
- Leads safety program in accordance with established business processes.
- Coordinates investigation of workplace injuries, near miss incidents, and w orkers compensation claims process.
- Supports performance management process .
