What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at THE GUTTER PROFESSIONALS?
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Receptionist position is to provide consistent and professional customer interaction. By answering the phone, receiving form fills from website(s), fielding emails, and even texts. The Receptionist initiates the sales process and customer experience for each existing and new customer. Utilizing current management software, the Receptionist will enter all pertinent information for each job and help the data move through the system. Scheduling Estimates creates a dotted line relationship between the Receptionist and the Estimator and/or Project Administrator that will enable smooth interactions for our customers. The Receptionist will also have a dotted line relationship with the Business Administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Initiate and migrate customers through our systems and their experience.
- Maintain internal control safeguards for the customer data and its flow.
- In conjunction with the Project Administrator and Estimator, schedule the job estimates.
- Enter data and maintain any software programs for customer reviews.
- Work in conjunction with Financial Analyst to resolve A/R issues (collections).
- Maintain consistent data policies, practices, procedures across all software.
- Assist to develop and enforce internal controls to maximize culture, productivity, and safety.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Working knowledge of computer software to include Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Strong understanding of our home services offered, and materials offered.
- Proven customer service-oriented attitude.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position will be working primarily indoors, office environment. If travel is required, the normal automobile and air travel hazards will apply.

REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES AND EDUCATION
- 5 years proven customer service experience - preferred
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in spoken and written English. Additional language is a plus.
Authorized to work in the United States.
