Were looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Crew Leader to join our growing team. In this role, youll lead a maintenance crew, ensure high-quality work, and build strong relationships with customers. If you have a passion for landscaping and a drive to lead, we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do :
- Lead and supervise the maintenance crew in tasks such as lawn care, bush trimming, and general landscape upkeep.
- Communicate with customers to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Identify and recommend enhancements beyond standard maintenance.
- Train and mentor crew members, ensuring top-tier workmanship.
- Assist in managing crew budgets and resources.
- Maintain and monitor equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to implement improvements and create a positive, team-focused work environment.
