Your Role : Learn, Assist, and Grow with The Guy Team

As a Snow Removal Apprentice , you'll be right in the action, assisting with snow removal during winter events. You'll help clear driveways, lay salt, shovel sidewalks, and gain hands-on experience with the equipment used in the field. This is a great opportunity to start learning the ropes of the snow removal industry, with the potential to grow into driving our snow removal trucks as you gain experience. The better you perform, the more responsibility youll take on, expanding your role and earning opportunities.

What Youll Do

Assist with Snow Events : Help shovel driveways, sidewalks, and other areas to ensure our clients' properties are safe and accessible.
Salt and De-ice : Lay salt and other de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup and ensure walkways remain safe.
Learn to Drive : With experience, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to drive snow removal trucks and take on more complex tasks.
Work as a Team : Collaborate with our crew members to ensure all snow removal tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Make an Impact : Contribute to keeping our clients properties safe and ready for winter by working hard during each snow event.
