The Pastry Chef provides guests with an exceptional experience by creating personalized moments in every interaction and preparing the most delicious products.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the pastry section of the kitchen to make sure work environment is successful.
- Preparing ingredients and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Creating pastries, baked goods.
- Create new recipes for seasonal menus.
- Decorating pastries and desserts.
- Keep inventory of the stock of baking ingredients.
- Ordering supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section.
- Ensuring their section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
- Train and supervise new team members
