SUMMARY: Provides accounting and clerical assistance to accounting department.
Office role based in H&H’s office at 4525 NW 41st ST, STE 150, Riverside, MO 64150
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Print and send sales invoices
• Input sales invoices into customer portals
• Sales commissions administration
• Issue Log administration
• Maintains accounting department files and records as needed
• Enters information into accounting data entry system
• Accounts receivable collection assistance
• Sorts and distributes internal and external mail
• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying,
faxing, typing, and mailing
• Assists with special accounting projects as needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS:
• One-year certificate from college or technical school, six months to one year
related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Accurately keystroke a minimum of 40 wpm.
• 10-key by touch.
• Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Proficient on MS Office 365 especially Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
• Acute attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing

Pay Rate: $18 to $22 per hour commensurate with experience
