We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Distribution Specialist to join our team at The H&K Group. As an Asphalt Distribution Specialist, you will be responsible for operating an asphalt distributor and ensuring the efficient application of tack coats on highway road construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the Tack Truck and other equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
- Load tack truck oil from tank, fill asphalt and burner tanks, cleaning and setting spray bars, and cleaning excess asphalt out of tanks.
- Understand and follow directions from supervisors as to required work area and emulsion distribution rates.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience with tack trucks on highway road construction projects.
- CDL A or B license.
- Clean driving record.
- Tanker Truck Endorsement.
