Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Office Administrator to maintain construction reports for rental agreements, reports, time reports, cost report, quantity and purchasing reports, material, and supply orders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating reports necessary to assist the project manager and team in running an efficient project office.
Responsibilities
- Performs all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Works directly with the project manager and project supervisor providing reports, inputting/review, and compliance of the following duties:
- Invoices for Truck Rental
- Certificate of Compliance for materials received
- Tracking estimates in ECMS
- Update Estimate Tracking, managing submittals in PPCC
- Manages assigned project with independence, ability to prioritize multiple projects and disseminate information
- Responsible for documentation and data entry for all office correspondence
- Assist with administrative duties
- Assist the Human Resource Department with new hire paperwork such as form I-9 and E-Verify
- Other duties as assigned
