Locust Ridge Quarry, a division of The H&K Group, Inc., is seeking a Primary Plant Operator to ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and experienced with plant operation and maintenance.

">- Perform daily greasing and oil checks on crushers and screens.
- Ensure walkways are clear of debris and report any spillage issues to the superintendent.
- Conduct daily guarding inspections and plant checks, reporting any maintenance issues to the superintendent.
We seek a qualified individual who can carry out duties and work procedures to meet production schedules, suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency, and assist workers in solving production problems when needed.
This role requires basic mechanical abilities, verbal and written communication skills, leadership and teamwork skills, self-motivation, and safety focus. The ideal candidate will also be able to fit test and utilize appropriate PPE as needed, and meet physical requirements related to the job.
