Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team at The H&K Group. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment, including excavators with hammers, while ensuring the safety of yourself and others on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, and haul trucks.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and adhere to MSHA and H&K Safety policies.
- Collaborate with other site teams to ensure smooth operations and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- 1-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school OR 6 months of related experience and/or training.
- Able to pass practical skills test for excavators and loaders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
