Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and set the tone for the rest of the crew.
- Plan and Coordinate: Read blueprints and job-related documents to properly plan work, schedule materials and equipment, and develop SIPs (Safety Inspection Plans).
- Communicate Effectively: Conduct daily huddles with the crew to establish production goals and ensure everyone knows their role.
Other key responsibilities include performing all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies, tracking daily quantities, and submitting reports to site foremen.
