A Concrete Paving Finisher performs all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies and reads blueprints and job-related documents to properly plan work.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete materials, workability, finishing, finishing equipment, and curing.
Responsibilities include conducting daily huddles with crew members to establish daily production goals and ensuring all team members know and buy into the plan for the day.
