The H&K Group, Inc. offers a unique opportunity for a skilled Heavy Duty Truck Driver to join their team at Pyramid Quarry. As a Rock Haulage Specialist, you will be responsible for operating a rock truck equipped with a hydraulically powered bed to transport and dump material.
About the Role:
- Operate a straight or articulated rubber-tired rock truck to transport and dump material
- Perform pre and post-trip inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Raise and tilt the truck bed to dump material
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or one month of related experience and/or training
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to fit test and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
