The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols. Key responsibilities include operating loader equipment, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining haul roads, and ensuring product blending accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all site visitors and adhering to MSHA and H&K safety policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have one month of related experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as problem-solving abilities and the capacity to meet physical requirements associated with the job. Preferred qualifications include prior experience operating heavy equipment, preferably a loader, as well as relevant safety certifications such as MSHA or other similar certification. Physical demands of the job require regular sitting, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
