What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Operator position at The H&K Group?
At The H&K Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator and Yard person, you will be responsible for staging and organizing materials in the yard, maintaining inventory of materials and final products, inspecting incoming materials and verifying invoices, and performing routine maintenance on loaders.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions, problem-solving skills, and ability to fit test and utilize appropriate PPE as needed. Experience with operating heavy equipment, particularly loader operation experience, is highly preferred.
