Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform plant maintenance tasks according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies.
- Maintain clean work areas, including catwalks, walkways, and the general plant area.
- Learn plant functions and operations, taking direction from and working in a team with all other site personnel.
- Cross-train to learn all jobs of the plant and be able to substitute when necessary.
