Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Maintain clean and safe working conditions throughout the facility
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals
- Develop expertise in plant functions and operations
- Take direction from supervisors and work effectively in a team environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (or related experience)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to wear PPE as needed
- Meet physical demands of the role (movement, lifting, etc.)
- Able to weld/torch
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 months of related experience
- Experience operating heavy equipment (Loader operation preferred)
- Background in quarrying, heavy civil construction, or outdoor industrial settings
- MSHA or relevant safety certification
