Job Description:
This position involves operating water trucks to transport and dump water for dust suppression and assisting with other responsibilities to support quarry production. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all work according to OSHA/MSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck and complete daily inspection sheets
- Drive safely and efficiently to transport material and achieve production goals
- Determine dust suppression needs by regularly inspecting roadways
- Perform routine maintenance on the truck, including lubrication and cleaning
