We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team for the second shift. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for performing yard activities such as loading, unloading, storing, transferring, distributing, and inventorying stone products and materials in the industrial plant. This role requires motivation, experience, and a strong commitment to carrying out work safely.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will perform all work according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies. They will also be responsible for pre and post trip inspections of equipment, filling out daily inspection sheets, operating loader machinery, and maintaining haul roads and stockpiles. Additionally, they will ensure product blending is correct and perform routine maintenance on loaders, including lubrication and cleaning.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with one month of related experience and/or training. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and physical fitness are essential for this role. Experience working with heavy equipment and in outdoor industrial settings is preferred.
