Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsibilities:
• Operate rock trucks safely and efficiently to transport material and achieve production goals
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment and fill out daily inspection sheets
• Ensure all work is done according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies
• Drive safely and efficiently to transport material and achieve production goals
• Perform routine maintenance on rock trucks, such as lubricating and cleaning
• Cross-train to assist with maintenance when needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (or one month of related experience and/or training)
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including movement, lifting, and working in outdoor conditions
