We are seeking an experienced and motivated Milling Foreperson to become a part of our team. The Milling Foreperson is responsible for directing activities of workers concerned with the milling of roads and highways. The ideal candidate will have experience in PennDot road construction, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with probability, statistical inference, and geometry.

Responsibilities:
- Direct activities of workers concerned with the milling of roads and highways
- Ensure that all work is performed according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Read and interpret blueprints and job-related documents
- Record daily events in job diary
- Schedule materials, equipment, and work for the crew
- Analyze crew SIPs to create site SIPs
- Obtain quantities from crews and prepare for billing process with PM
- Analyze cost reports for production adjustments
- Accurately code and control onsite costs
- Conduct site meetings
- Attend job turnover meetings
- Communicate goals and purposes effectively
- Lead by example
- Influence and enforce company values, recognize misalignments, and ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Experience in PennDot road construction
- Strong Verbal and Written Communications skills
- Ability to work with probability, statistical inference, and geometry
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
