Project Management Role
The H&K Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator/Project Manager to lead public and private projects in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
You will work closely with project teams, negotiate contracts with subcontractors, and evaluate and prepare pricing for change orders.
Key Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Five years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction relevant to this region.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and specialized project software.
