About the Job:

We are looking for a Paving Crew Support Technician to join our team at The H&K Group. As a Paving Crew Support Technician, you will be responsible for operating an asphalt distributor and supporting the asphalt paving crew by spraying various asphalt-based tack coats before paving operations to help asphalt adhere to the road structure.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate the Tack Truck and other equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
  • Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
  • Train new employees in the safe and efficient operation of the Tack Truck.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience with tack trucks on highway road construction projects.
  • CDL A or B license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Tanker Truck Endorsement.
