Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at Birdsboro Quarry, a division of the H&K Group, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plant equipment.

Responsibilities
- Perform all work according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies.
- Know and follow company start and stop procedures.
- Perform daily greasing and oil checks on crushers and screens.
- Keep walkways clear of any debris and report spillage issues to superintendent.
- Perform daily guarding inspections and plant checks and report any maintenance issues to superintendent.
- Inspect screen media to ensure proper condition for maximum production.
- Keep operating booth clean and free from any inappropriate materials.
- Carry out duties and work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of quarry operations and work crew.
- Assist workers in solving production problems when needed/required.
- Fulfill necessary paperwork daily.
