Job Responsibilities
This position will oversee the planning and coordination of work on a pipe crew and direct activities of workers on projects throughout Northeastern PA and adjoining Southern NY. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to read blueprints and job-related documents, and have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA and H&K safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or one year of related experience and/or training. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered. A driver's license and clean driving record are required, as well as the ability to fit test and utilize PPE as needed. Supervisory experience and OSHA or other relevant safety certifications are highly desirable.
