About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our Materials Division. As an Aggregate and Asphalt Quality Control Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of aggregate and asphalt materials used in construction projects.
You will be responsible for collecting and testing samples of aggregate and asphalt to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and test samples of aggregate and asphalt to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing and sampling activities
- Communicate results and trends to the quality control team and H&K employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, engineering, materials science)
- 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field
