As a key member of our quarry operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plant equipment and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all work is performed according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Provide training and guidance to new employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as GED) from an accredited educational institution OR one month of related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
