Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Plant Operator/Groundperson. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment used in quarry operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and excavators
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment
- Assist with plant maintenance and repairs as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 month of related experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
- Familiarity with MSHA and H&K safety policies and procedures
