Job Description
As a Rock Truck Driver with The H&K Group, Inc., you will be responsible for operating straight or articulated rubber-tired rock trucks equipped with hydraulically powered beds to transport and dump material. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the equipment, fill out daily inspection sheets, and ensure all work is done according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies.
You will drive safely and efficiently to transport material and achieve production goals. You will also perform routine maintenance on the rock truck, such as lubricating and cleaning, and cross-train to assist with maintenance when needed.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to meet physical requirements, including movement, lifting, and working in outdoor conditions.
